If you fail to pay your tuition fees

If you have not paid your tuition fees in full by the date given on your tuition fee invoice you will be liable to pay a late payment fee of 3.5% on your tuition fee (maximum charge £400).

The total late payment fee depends on your tuition fee amount. For example, an overdue fee of £4,500 will incur a late payment fee of £157.50.

If you do not pay your tuition fees

• we will revoke access to College facilities such as the Library and your IT account
• you will be withdrawn from your studies, you will be unable to receive tuition and sit exams
• you will not receive your certificate
• your details will be passed to a debt collection agency
• if you are a Student visa (was Tier 4) holder: we will notify UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) that we are no longer sponsoring your Visa. This will result in your Visa being invalid and you will be required to return home.
