Teaching Fellow in Human Resource Management and Law

Applications are invited for the position of Teaching Fellow in Human Resource Management and Law.

Candidates should have a master’s degree or professional qualification in a relevant subject, together with significant teaching experience in relevant subjects at HE level. The person appointed will be expected to engage in high-quality research and teaching on the range of programmes offered by the College.

Candidates should have the ability to advance their own research area, the flexibility to collaborate with colleagues and the ability to work well in a team. They should have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to teach at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in relevant subjects within HRM & Law (especially HRM: Introduction to Finance, Employment Relations: Law & Practice, Environmental Law, Business, and Management and Leadership).

Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Management

Applications are invited for the position of Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Management.

Candidates should have a PhD or equivalent in a relevant area (or be close to completion), together with significant teaching experience in relevant subjects at HE level. The person appointed will be expected to engage in high-quality research and teaching on the range of programmes offered by the College.

A record of publishing in world-leading, peer-reviewed journals in Entrepreneurship & Management is required along with an ability to supervise postgraduate and PhD students. Candidates should have the ability to advance their own research area, the flexibility to collaborate with colleagues and the ability to work well in a team. They should have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to teach at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in relevant subjects within Entrepreneurship and Management (especially Governance Issues, Business Ethics, Islamic Economics and Finance, Digital Economy).
