Selected units across our online programmes may be available to study individually from £250 per unit.

Each unit includes approximately 10 hours of teaching, with a certificate awarded on successful completion. Where applicable, completed units may also be built towards a full qualification over time.

Al-Maktoum College offers tuition-fee scholarships to support eligible applicants joining selected online programmes during the 2026–27 academic year.

Diploma in Contemporary Islamic Studies

Standard online tuition fee: £1,700. Eligible applicants may receive an £850 scholarship, reducing the fee to £850.

How online study works

Flexible online learning, structured around your goals

Teaching will be delivered online and supported by digital resources through the College’s virtual learning environment. Students will engage with scheduled academic sessions, independent study, assessment and applied project work.

The final weekly timetable, live-session arrangements, recording access and expected study commitment will be published once confirmed for each cohort.
