Fraser has been councillor for the Dundee’s West End and a member of Dundee City Council since 2001. He is Liberal Democrat Group Leader on the City Council. He is development manager with a professional body. He previously worked for an accountancy body, and prior to that worked in I.T.
Fraser is Treasurer of Dundee Liberal Democrats and is editor of the FOCUS community newsletter produced by Liberal Democrats for residents of Dundee’s West End. He is also a member of Al-Maktoum
