College signs MOU with Middlesex University Dubai

Al-Maktoum College of Higher Education is delighted to have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Middlesex University Dubai.

This new collaborative agreement is the latest in a series of alliances formed by the College, with recent partnerships formed with the University of Dundee, Abertay University, and Trinity College Dublin. These alliances mark an important step in the evolution of Al-Maktoum College and herald the coming of exciting developments and organisational progression.

This MOU with Middlesex University Dubai, which focusses on fostering excellence in education and research, was signed by our Head of College, Dr Abi Abubaker, and Pro Vice-Chancellor of Middlesex University and Director of Middlesex University Dubai, Dr Cedwyn Fernandes. Dr Alaa Garad, Director of Academic Programmes at Al-Maktoum College, was also instrumental in facilitating this agreement.

The key priority areas for this unique new collaborative endeavour are COP28, Future Foresight, Climate Change, Multiculturalism, Innovation and Excellence, and Islamic Economics and Finance.

Al-Maktoum College is very much looking forward to working closely with colleagues at Middlesex University Dubai and witnessing the results of this fruitful alliance which is sure to benefit both organisations and their respective student communities.
