Tuition Fees 2021/22

Tuition fees will depend upon the student’s chosen course and fee status. Your fee status is normally the same as your country of residence- this will be confirmed after we have received an application of study. Further information on fee status can be found on the UKCISA website.

  • Scotland fees are for students who are domiciled in Scotland
  • Rest of UK (RUK) fees are for students domiciled England, Northern Ireland, Wales, Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man
  • Overseas (including EU) fees are for students who require a student visa to study in the UK*

*If applicants are also currently a student at the University of Dundee, Abertay or St Andrews and already on a Student Visa, they may be eligible for Scotland fee status.

If applicants are unsure of which fee status they fall under, please email

In addition to tuition fees, students will also be expected to cover the cost of living including accommodation, subsistence, books, travel and other costs. Information on cost of living can be found here.
