HND in Business (year2) 8 No Successful completion of the HNC in Business plus HNC requirements
HNC Management & Leadership (year 1) 7 No 2 Highers or equivalent and National 5 Maths or equivalent

Arabic Language Summer School/Online Arabic Language & Culture Course
These courses may be used as a pathway to apply for the Certificate in Arabic Language, however an entry test is required as no tests or exams are included in the intensive programmes.

Recognition of Prior Learning
Qualifications from other educational institutions may be accepted; based on number of hours, levels, date of qualification/certificate. Email admissions@almcollege.ac.uk for more information.

All students may be interviewed as part of the application process.

English Language Requirements

Teaching takes place solely in English and students must demonstrate that their English language proficiency is at a level that will allow them to follow their intended programme successfully.

If you are a national from a majority English speaking country (as defined by the UK government), we will waiver our English language requirements.  Please refer to the UKVI website for a list of these countries.

All students are required to have a good standard of English language. The following qualifications and grades will be accepted:

IELTS or equivalent Professional Diploma in Islamic Banking & Finance 6.5 (Minimum of 6.0 in each of the four sub-components of language learning reading, writing, speaking and listening).

IELTS tests are valid for 2 years and must still be valid on the programme start date. You should ask for a copy of your Test Report Form to be sent to the College.
