Application Forms
Our website contains application forms for the purposes of prospective students to apply for course places at the college.

By filling in the application form you Consent and provide us with Legitimate Interest to use the data in order to process your application. When you either save or submit the form, your data is securely stored in the web database (data includes; Name, date of birth, address, residential status, english proficiency, qualifications, employment history, referee details, personal statement, additional information pertinent to the application). The application data is stored for the purposes of processing the application. Please refer to our record retention policy

If an application is unsuccessful we will store the applicant data for our records. Please refer to our record retention policy

Your data is only used for the purposes of processing the application. We do not pass your data to any third parties unless required to do so by law. If we did have to do this in order to verify the detail contained in your application, then we would ensure that the third party organisations are bound to our confidentiality agreements.

Contact Form
The Al-Maktoum College website has a contact form where users have to fill in some personal details in order to submit an enquiry. The contact form asks for a name, email address and message. The data is not stored by the website but an email is generated by the website containing the detail submitted and is sent to Al-Maktoum website administrators. The data is only used for processing the enquiry and once the enquiry has been fully processed the email and data is deleted.

Google Analytics and Google Ads
When someone visits our website we use third-party service, Google Analytics and Google Ads, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out information such as the number of visitors to a certain page of the website and track Google advertisement conversions.

This information is processed in a way which does not identify you as a user and we do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
